PHPCal 1.1

While working on a related project, I had a chance to revise my previous Calendar function/script, and improved it quite a bit. The script is much smaller, two whole functions have been removed (four old functions were replaced with two more efficient functions), and things – although smaller – are generally more readable and understandable. Like before, I’ve included the script file and a minimal CSS file to allow easy customization. Leave some comments on ways to improve!
